DPD Returns Label

DPD Returns Label – Applicable for UK Mainland only.

The label will be emailed to you to print off unless you request it to be posted. The £8 cost covers returned goods up to 20 Kg. Exchanged postage is free of charge.

Print off your label and attach it to your wrapped parcel, enclose your returns form, and pop it into your local DPD Drop Off point at your convenience.  This service is fully tracked.

Goods must be returned with all original labels and packaging.

Alternatively, returns may be made back to us using the courier of your choice at your own expense.

We cannot accept refunds for goods made to your specifications or personalized.
