ORDERS & DELIVERY
Ordering from Tuffa
When will my order arrive?
UK mainland orders are normally sent by next-working-day DPD. Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays will typically be dispatched the same day when the item is in stock.
How much is UK delivery?
UK mainland delivery is £5.99, with free delivery on orders over £70.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel. If you need help locating an order, contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. We ship internationally to a range of destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by country, and import duties or taxes may apply.
If your country is not available at checkout, contact us for a delivery quotation.
Are all products shown online in stock?
We hold a large amount of stock and aim to keep our online availability accurate. If there is an unexpected stock issue with your order, our team will contact you with an update or estimated availability.

Changed your mind?
What is your returns policy?
Most standard items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are returned in their original condition. Please check our full Delivery & Returns page before sending anything back.
Can I return boots if the fit isn’t right?
Standard, non-personalised boots can normally be returned in line with our returns policy, provided they are in the required condition. We recommend trying footwear indoors on a clean surface until you’re happy with the fit.
Can Made to Measure boots be returned?
Made to Measure boots are personalised to your measurements and are therefore non-returnable. If you have any concerns with a Made to Measure order, please contact us so our team can help.

Finding the right pair
How do I know which Tuffa boots are right for me?
Start with the type of boot and how you plan to use it, then check the individual product size guide. For long riding boots, calf width and leg height are just as important as foot size.
Our Find Your Fit guide can help narrow down the most suitable styles.
Do your long boots come in different calf fittings?
Yes. Different Tuffa styles are available in a range of calf fittings, including slimmer, standard and wider options. Availability varies by style and size, so always check the product’s individual size guide.
What if I’m between sizes or measurements?
If you sit between measurements, use the individual size guide as your starting point and contact us if you’re unsure. Our team can help you compare the most suitable options before you order.
What if standard long boots don’t fit me?
If you struggle to find the right combination of foot size, calf width and leg height in a standard boot, Made to Measure may be a better option.

CARE & WARRANTY
Looking after your Tuffas
How should I look after my boots?
Regular care will help your boots look and perform their best for longer. Remove mud and dirt, allow footwear to dry naturally away from direct heat, and use suitable care products for the material.
Are all Tuffa boots waterproof?
No. Waterproofing depends on the individual style. If waterproof protection is important to you, look for a product that is specifically described as waterproof.
Do Tuffa boots come with a warranty?
Our standard footwear warranty covers manufacturing defects for 6 months from the original date of purchase, provided the product has been correctly cared for. It is not a wear-and-tear warranty.

A fit made for you
What is Tuffa Made to Measure?
Our Made to Measure service is for riders who need a more individual long-boot fit. Your measurements and chosen design details are used to create a pair specifically for you.
How long do Made to Measure boots take?
Production times vary depending on the style and time of year. Made to Measure boots can take up to 14 weeks, although some orders may arrive sooner.
Can someone help me with my Made to Measure order?
Absolutely. You don’t need to be an expert in measuring or boot design. Our team can talk you through the process and answer questions before you decide to proceed.
