Warranty Coverage

Our standard warranty covers all manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This includes any issues with materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

How to Claim

If you experience any issues with your product, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll guide you through the simple claim process.

Repairs Outside Warranty

An assessment will be carried out to determine whether repairs are possible in the first instance. Customers are responsible for returning them to us at their own cost and choice of postage method. Boots must be returned in a clean condition.

What's Covered

The warranty is for defective materials, manufacturing techniques and waterproofing for a period of 6 months from original date of purchase provided the correct care has been taken, it is not a wear warranty. 

What's Not Covered

Tuffa Boots will not cover damage through natural wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorised repair or not using the correct care products to take care of materials/leathers or the maintenance of zips.

Transferability

Footwear under warranty will not be extended after the warranty has expired, A replacement item does not constitute a new warranty period. Replacements are to ensure product satisfaction through the remainder of the original warranty period

Processing Time

Most warranty claims are processed within 3-5 business days. Repairs typically take within 2-3 weeks of claim approval.

International Coverage

Our warranty is valid worldwide, though shipping costs for replacements/repairs may vary depending on your location.

Documentation Required

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number), product details, and photos or videos showing the issue you're experiencing.
