Warranty questions

Transferability
Footwear under warranty will not be extended after the warranty has expired, A replacement item does not constitute a new warranty period. Replacements are to ensure product satisfaction through the remainder of the original warranty period
What counts as normal wear and tear?
Normal wear and tear from regular use, including scuffs and gradual sole wear, is not usually covered. We assess every issue fairly and individually.
Do I need proof of purchase?
Please provide proof of purchase where possible. This helps us confirm the product, purchase date and original seller. We cannot approve a claim without this.
Repairs outside warranty
An assessment will be carried out to determine whether repairs are possible in the first instance. Customers are responsible for returning them to us at their own cost and choice of postage method. Boots must be returned in a clean condition.
Can I claim for boots bought from a stockist?
Yes, please contact the stockist first. We will then deal directly with them to sort your claim.
How long does a warranty assessment take?
Most warranty claims are processed within 3-5 business days. Repairs typically take within 2-3 weeks of claim approval.
