Returns Policy & Courier Information

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the Product(s).

To exercise the right to cancel, please complete the returns form sent with your order and return back to our address following the instructions on the form.

If returning goods from overseas, please ensure you accept all customs charges, this will avoid the item being refused by Tuffa Boots.

When do you ship?

Dispatches are Monday - Friday only, our warehouse does not ship at the weekend.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Tuffa Boots ship internationally, if you can't see the country you are looking for please contact us for a quotation on sales@tuffaboots.com

Please select your delivery option during the checkout process. All customs fees & charges are payable by the customer.

Returning goods from UK

If you would like to return your order, please head to our Returns Centre!

The label covers returned goods up to 20 Kg.  Return postage for your exchange is free of charge.

Print off your label and attach to your wrapped parcel, enclose your returns form and pop it into your DPD Drop Off at your convenience.  Obtain proof of postage receipt. This service is fully tracked.

Goods must be returned with all original labels and packaging.

We cannot accept refunds for goods which are made to your specification or are personalised.

Our Couriers

We use DPD & Royal Mail for our deliveries within UK & Ireland.

If the property is empty when our courier attempts to deliver, you may request an alternative date when our couriers send you a delivery window by text, email, or card.

Should you request your delivery is left in a secure location, please state this on your order in the notes section or contact our team and they will inform the courier. Please be aware that goods will not be insured if they are left without a signature upon your request.

Failed delivery ~ Our couriers will attempt to deliver your order three times.

Upon the first attempt, a driver will leave a calling card / send a SMS / send an email with details of when the redelivery will take place. If you are unavailable to take delivery on the stated day, it is your responsibility to notify the courier directly. After three attempts, goods will automatically be returned to our warehouse as undelivered.

Overseas deliveries

For Europe we use DPD & their partners, for the rest of the world we use TNT & FedEx. We will email you a commercial invoice for customs clearances and duties.

VAT is deducted from your order, any tax and import duties are the customer's responsibility.
