Very nice leather boots with lightweight rubber sole. I just got them today, so have not worn them for long. They are leather-lined but have a textured synthetic footbed and mild arch support. I am female with a narrow heel and wide toes. The size 39 is a reasonable fit. I would have preferred a little more room in the toe box, but I expect these will break in with some use. For comparison, I wear Gabor 5.5, Arcopedico 39, Dansko 38, Dubarry 39, Kroops 6. It’s gotten difficult to find anything other than Ariats in the US; there’s a lot of options on the site. Fast shipment, too.
