  • 2. Once we have received your payment and the Made To Measure order form, we will confirm the details before submitting your measurements/colour choices to the factory for manufacturing
  • 3. Production time is up to 14 weeks, on average these boots take 6-8 weeks

Shipping & Returns

M2M items are non-returnable as they are personalised; we provide assistance for any potential issues.

Shipping times are 1-2 days for the UK and 7 working days for the rest of the world after we receive the boots for inspection at our UK Office/ warehouse.
