Please select your delivery option during the checkout process. All customs fees & charges are payable by the customer. We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

If you would like to return your order, please head to our Returns Centre! Print off your label and attach to your wrapped parcel, enclose your returns form and pop it into your DPD Drop Off at your convenience. Obtain proof of postage receipt. This service is fully tracked.

Once we receive your return, it typically takes 3-5 business days to inspect and process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 2-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
