Burnham Plus-Size Riding Boots

Called into their shop today as I wanted to make sure I was purchasing the right boots for me. I have lipedema in my legs so tricky to find boots that fit my ankles and calves. Owner was super helpful and the first boots I tried one fitted like a glove. The design of the stretch band is so perfect as my ankles are quite puffy. When I put them on they looked and felt amazing! Honestly so gorgeous- I also have a pair of Tuffa Breckland boots so know their quality is excellent.
These aren’t the cheapest boots you’ll find but you won’t find better anywhere. Need these for my new Dressage adventure and know now I will at least look the part - thank you Tuffa, I will be back for more!

The boots fit my 44cm calfs and they are quite comfortable. The bonus is that they still look very stylish.

I have attached some pictures of me in the boots. They were super comfy right from the first moment I put them on. The shape of the sole suited my wider feet and still didn't look like a wide boot. They are beautifully proportioned.

They helped my legs feel much more supported while riding while being flexible enough to give leg aids easily. The soles are like clouds too, which meant it was comfortable for me to put weight into my feet. I suffer foot pain from years of poor-fitting dance shoes which means that most boots hurt my feet. These don't at all.

If you ever make the same boot in brown in that size please contact me. I would love a brown pair too. I am so impressed with the Tuffa boots.

I’ve been looking for long boots for years but as my calf size is in between standard and wide in most other styles, I find it impossible to get a good fit. These are perfect for my approx 42 inch calves , a lovely snug and comfy fit. They’re being debuted at a dressage competition tomorrow.
